OutCV is a playful experiment in making resume discovery competitive.

Resumes usually sit unseen in inboxes and applicant queues. On OutCV, they compete — in public. Anyone can submit their resume, place a bid, and take a spot on the leaderboard.

One rule matters: the highest bid gets the top spot. That says nothing about who is the best candidate — only about who is the most visible right now. Your bid determines visibility, not your ability.

The top spot is temporary. Someone is always coming for it.
