OutCV is a playful experiment in making CV discovery competitive.

CVs usually sit unseen in inboxes and applicant queues. On OutCV, they compete in public. Anyone can submit their CV, place a bid, and take a spot on the leaderboard.

One rule matters: the highest bid gets the top spot. That says nothing about who is the best candidate but only about who is the most visible right now. Your bid determines visibility, not your ability.

The top spot is temporary. Someone is always coming for it.
